Deliveries
Mr.Shades uses only the most reliable couriers for all deliveries in Italy and abroad . Each shipment is tracked and the customer has the opportunity to monitor the progress of the delivery.
Orders are processed within the following 24 working hours and delivery usually takes place:
- within 2/6 days in Italy
- within 3/8 days in the European Union and the United Kingdom
- times established by the courier based on the destination for international shipments
Please note: Your order will only be shipped after full payment has been received.
Shipping is free for Italy; it's €9.90 for deliveries to European Union countries and the United Kingdom. For the rest of the world, the cost of shipping varies depending on the destination and is communicated during the check-out phase, before the purchase is completed.
Returns
With Mr.Shades you have the possibility to return the glasses purchased within 14 days from the delivery date , without having to specify the reason.
You will have to communicate your wish to withdraw from the purchase by email to info@mrshadeshop.com and you will then have to send the product back in its original packaging and with all accessories received, via courier or registered mail with costs at your expense.
Thanks to the "Free Return" promo, if you purchase by December 31st, the costs for any return from European Union countries will be borne by Mr.Shades. Click here to find out more .
An essential condition for accepting the right of change of mind is the return of the purchased products in perfect condition, unused, with original labels and provided with the original packaging.
The refund procedure for the product for which the withdrawal was exercised will be started as soon as the product is received. The refund will take place no later than 14 calendar days and will correspond to the total spent by the customer during the order phase, therefore including any initial shipping costs. The refund usually takes place via the payment channel used by the customer for the purchase.
Payments
Mr.Shades offers you various payment options, so you can use the one that is most convenient for you.
Obviously the main credit cards ( Visa and Mastercard ) and Paypal cannot be missing, which more and more customers show they appreciate and use regularly.
Those who are accustomed to online purchases will be able to benefit from the convenience offered by Apple Pay and Google Pay , but also carry out the transaction with Shop Pay.

All prices of the proposed items already include VAT. Any customs fees for shipments outside the EU are the responsibility of the customer. The currency with which to make purchases is the euro, but for some countries it is allowed to use the local currency: during check out it is possible to verify the currency required for payment.
